Keto Waffles

INGREDIENTS
4 size 7 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp stevia or natural sweetener
50ml cream
¼ cup FreshLife Coconut Flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g butter, melted
METHOD
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, stevia and cream until well incorporated.
Add the coconut flour and baking powder to the wet ingredients, and mix until smooth and free of any lumps.
Stream the melted butter into the batter, mixing at the same time.
Preheat your waffle maker, then ladle in an appropriate amount of waffle mixture. Cook until golden brown in colour, then repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve and enjoy while warm with your favourite keto-friendly toppings.
