Keto Waffles

INGREDIENTS

4 size 7 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp stevia or natural sweetener 

50ml cream

¼ cup FreshLife Coconut Flour

1 tsp baking powder

50g butter, melted


METHOD

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, stevia and cream until well incorporated. 

  • Add the coconut flour and baking powder to the wet ingredients, and mix until smooth and free of any lumps. 

  • Stream the melted butter into the batter, mixing at the same time. 

  • Preheat your waffle maker, then ladle in an appropriate amount of waffle mixture. Cook until golden brown in colour, then repeat with the remaining mixture. 

  • Serve and enjoy while warm with your favourite keto-friendly toppings. 

    Note: We’ve served our keto waffles with fresh berries, whipped cream and sugar-free maple syrup.
