Gluten Free Flour Mix

Makes: 4 cups


INGREDIENTS

2 cups FreshLife Rice Flour

1 cup tapioca flour

1 cup FreshLife Cornmeal Flour

2 tbsp xanthan gum


METHOD

  • Sift all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. 

  • Using a wire whisk slowly stir until well combined. 

  • Transfer to an airtight container.
