Grilled Peaches with Yoghurt & Pistachios


INGREDIENTS

Fresh peaches, halved and de-stoned

FreshLife Pistachio Kernels, chopped

Plain unsweetened or Vanilla Yoghurt

Honey


METHOD

  • Pre-heat the grill to medium/hot.

  • Lightly oil the cut surfaces of each peach and place cut side down on grill.

  • Cook for approx. 4-5 minutes then flip each half to cut side up, and continue cooking for a further 4-5 or until very soft. 

  • Allow to cool then top with yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and some chopped pistachios.
