Festive Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

For the cheese ball:

250g cream cheese

125g blue cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Nut coating:

70g FreshLife Pistachio kernels, chopped

70g FreshLife Californian walnuts, chopped

Serve with:

Runny honey

Pear, sliced

OB Finest Crackers original wafers


METHOD

  • If toasting your nuts, simply add them to a lined baking tray and toast for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Set aside and let cool.

  • Blend cheese ball ingredients together until well combined. Lay two sheets of clingfilm on a board and spoon cheese mix on. Shape into a ball and leave in the fridge until ready to roll and serve.

  • Place nuts in a shallow bowl. Unwrap cheese ball and place in nuts, move to cover all over.

  • Serve nut coated cheese ball on a platter with honey, fresh pear slices and wafers.
