Baked Brie with Pecans & Cranberries


INGREDIENTS

Round of Brie

½ cup FreshLife Pecans

¼ cup cranberries

Few springs fresh rosemary

1-2 tbsp Maple syrup


METHOD

  • Poke a few holes into the Brie with a sharp knife.

  • Sprinkle over a generous amount of FreshLife Pecans, cranberries and fresh rosemary.

  • Drizzle with maple syrup and bake at 180°C for roughly 15 minutes or until the brie inside is lovely and gooey.
