Raw Fudgy Cacao Brownie Mix

Gluten free, containing no refined sugars and just 151 calories per serve, these are the perfect guilt free treat.
All you’ll need is some coconut oil and a fridge freezer to set your slice. You won’t even need a baking tray and the retail box is the perfect fit.

Inside the box:
1 pack of Brownie Mix
1 pack of Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Setting time in fridge: 1 hour
Remove the Brownie Mix and Dark Chocolate Chips from the box. Line the base and sides of the box with baking paper and set aside.
Empty the Brownie Mix into a bowl. Add 2½ Tbsps of melted coconut oil and 1 Tbsp of hot water to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Using a metal spoon, press the mixture firmly and evenly into the base of the box.
Close the box lid and place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until firm.
Add the Dark Chocolate Chips and 1 Tbsp of coconut oil (unmelted) to a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until the chocolate has fully melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the brownie mixture and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
To serve, carefully cut the Fudgy Cacao Brownie into 8 slices. For best results, serve the slices straight from the fridge as they will soften at room temperature. Enjoy!
