All you’ll need is couple of extra ingredients and an oven to bake your crackers in.

INGREDIENTS:

eeds (76%) (Linseed, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds), Almonds (15%), Psyllium Husk Powder, Salt.


Inside the box:

1 pack of Seed Mix

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time in oven: 45 minutes

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 150°C (Bake).

  • Empty the Seed Mix into a large bowl and add melted coconut oil and boiling water. Stir until ingredients are well combined and a dough ball is formed.

  • Place dough ball in the centre of a sheet of baking paper and add another sheet of baking paper on top. Use a rolling pin to spread mixture thinly and evenly.

  • Transfer the seed mixture and bottom sheet of baking paper to a baking tray and remove the top layer of baking paper.

  • Place on a shelf in the lower half of the oven and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown. Rotate tray mid-way through cooking to ensure the seed mixture bakes evenly.

  • Switch off the oven and allow the crackers to cool and dry out for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer the crackers and baking paper to a wire cooling rack.

  • To serve, break the crackers into pieces for a rustic look or cut into squares using a serrated knife. Ideal served with your favourite dips or toppings.
