Festive Cheese Ball
This nut coated cheese ball is heaven on a platter. It’s perfect for entertaining at Christmas, at a barbecue, or before a special dinner. You can pre-make the cheese ball ahead of time, then simply roll in nuts when ready to serve.

METHOD
If toasting your nuts, simply add them to a lined baking tray and toast for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Set aside and let cool.
Blend cheese ball ingredients together until well combined. Lay two sheets of clingfilm on a board and spoon cheese mix on. Shape into a ball and leave in the fridge until ready to roll and serve.
Place nuts in a shallow bowl. Unwrap cheese ball and place in nuts, move to cover all over.
Serve nut coated cheese ball on a platter with honey, fresh pear slices and wafers.
