Cranberry & Almond Salad
INGREDIENTS
150g mixed salad leaves
¾ cup cranberries
¾ cup FreshLife Slivered Almonds, lightly toasted
125g mozzarella balls
DRESSING:
1 tbs seeded mustard
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sugar
METHOD
Place the mixed salad leaves into a large bowl and add the cranberries and FreshLife Slivered Almonds and mozzarella balls.
Whisk together dressing ingredients, and toss gently through salad.
