Coconut & Seed Clusters
Gluten & Dairy Free
Makes: 20-24 approx.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups / 80g FreshLife Coconut Chips
½ cup / 75g FreshLife Pumpkin Seeds
2-3 Tbsp FreshLife Chia Seeds
2-3 Tbsp FreshLife Raisins
100ml maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 175°C Bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well.
Using two teaspoons drop by clusters onto a baking sheet and squeeze the ingredients together.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the coconut just begins to turn golden.
Remove the baked clusters from the oven and allow to fully cool.
